Parenting the Positive Discipline Way
Carrie Brazer, Certified Positive Discipline Parent & Teacher Educator, founder of the Carrie Brazer Center for Autism and Positive Discipline of Florida will help parents learn how to develop positive discipline skills through role-playing and group discussions. This 7 part course is designed to help parents learn to discipline with kindness and firmness, reducing power struggles, and encouraging personal responsibility. Parents will learn how to empower their children instead of enabling them. This wonderful parenting workshop will teach over 52 new parenting tools through experiential activities. It’s a great and fun way to learn!
Parenting is not easy and we all need support. Becoming a parent can be the most wonderful yet challenging experience in our lives. A child does not arrive with a set of manualized instructions, yet I meet so many parents think they should be natural and perfect at it.
Positive Discipline is a program designed to teach young people to become responsible, respectful and resourceful members of their communities. Positive Discipline teaches important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging for both children and adults.

A few words from our founder.
I know I can’t change the world but I want to offer something, even though it may be small and from a humble place. In these challenging times, the most important step we can take is to act from a place of love, kindness and connection.
